1995 Honda Prelude Running RICH!

I swapped my 1995 prelude with a jdm h22a with 30,000 miles on it. The fuel pump wont turn on, which I think is main relay, but when was running it was extremely rich! It would barely idle it was so rich! It has a h23 ecu and wiring harness on it, but I need this thing running asap! Its an obd-1 car and so is motor! Please help!

Running too rich:

Possible causes include a bad O2 sensor, excessive fuel pressure (bad fuel pressure regulator or plugged return line), leaky fuel injectors, dirty air filter or restricted air inlet, or a defective coolant sensor that prevents the engine management system from going into closed loop mode
