Every time i start up my lude, it will drive down the road for about 3-5 minutes, then it would start ramming up the enigine on its own. I have a automatic, so i dont need to shift..so the car should automatically not ram up the rpms without actually putting the pedal all the way down. while going 30...it will be at around 2.9 rpms...then it will start ramming up more as i leave the gas pedal the same as before. it will get around 6 rpms for no reason. Im thinking transmission rebuilding...but i want to make sure.
