Engine Cooling problem
1992 Honda Prelude 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual unknow miles

hi! I just recently experienced it on my car, that whenever I'm running on the road on a regular speed limit the temp. On my car would just go up and whenever I slow down/ stop the temp. Goes back to normal.

the tstat are new, both fans are working, coolant is filled. What do you think is the problem here?

Hi patprelude,

If the temperature goes up at high engine rpm, cooling is insufficient. As the cooling system is all in working order, the fault would either be a partially clogged radiator or a weak water pump.
