When this problem began, heater/ac fan and radio would not run when car first started but would start working while driving. Now they never work. Can not find any other compnents that don't work. Addition info: radio works in ACC key setting but not at full on. No change for fan switch. Fan switch does activate the radiator cooling fan if the AC button is punched but the cabin fan doesn't respond.
