honda pilot noise at 50 mph

Our 2003 Honda Pilot with 138,000 miles has been making a rumbling, vibrating noise at 50 mph for some time now. Is this something to be concerned about? Our finances are very bad so does it need to go in for repairs? Thanks.

well could be a problem with your tires, Check them for alignment and balancing also check the struts (shock absorbers)
