2003 Honda Pilot STUCK IN PARK

2003 Honda Pilot 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 98.000 miles
My vehicle recently started sticking in park. The only way I have been able to get it to shift into gear is to stomp down on the brake pedal with both feet. Once it is out of park it shifts easily.

Check if your brake lights are on when the brake pedal is press.
