I'm having problems starting the car. When I first turn the key, the engine will not try to start. If I push the automatic door locks, the car will then start. Is there a problem with the anti-theft system that is preventing the car from starting? What is the solution to get it fixed and any idea how much it might cost??

Thanks for the help!!

Chances are the alarm is the problem. The bad news is you have to take it to the dealer to have it checked. They will be the only ones that have the proper test equipment to check it.

If you have other questions, let me know, and thanks for using 2carpros.com.
