1992 Honda Other Repair Question

OMG.....SOMEBODY PLS.....92 Acc..Ex mod..a/t...4dr
I need help..I hope some1 is here........
All day no problem with my car....On the way home I stop at a store and when I went to get back in the car would not start.I didnt leave on anything and I always take my cd-face (I heard that takes battery..lol)...I had to get my car towed..after a batter jump (unsucessful).I'm tryin to turn the car over to start and It only clicks..Any suggestions??
P.s the lights and radio did work still

Have the battery tested and ensure the terminals are clean and are connected securely. I believe you will either find the battery has failed, the alternator is bad, or a bad connection on the starter.

I've cleaned the battery...Hopefully its not the alternator or starter...but I will have it checked out.
