I would like to find out how often should the transmission be serviced. I have purchased a used 2003 HonDA STREAM

usually many driver change the transmission fluid once when you change the engine fluid twice, so around 10,000 miles

This will depend on the miles and driving conditions you encounter, but as the last poster says, is fine or at a min once a year will be fine.
