1991 Other Honda Models starting my car

my car wont start it turns but no dice, i changed the spark plugs and it turned but the turn dies slowely i tried a boost but my car radio and lights were working any help?

Hi there, charge the battery and have it load tested, ensure all terminals are clean and tight, if the engine will not turn at a reasonable rate have the starter motor tested. Check for any set fault codes Check for fuel pressure and spark, report back if still having problems.
