How do you replace a knock sensor on a 2004 honda Odyssey V6. Is it mandatory to remove the intake manifold? And will this also cause the TCS light to illuminate?

Yes the TCS light will come on if you got a bad knock sensor. Did you check the wire or connection at knock sensor? You will need to remove the power steering pump and the bracket. You have to squeeze your hand into the knock sensor under the intake to disconnect the connector. Use a 3/8 22mm socket to remove the knock sensor.
