1994 Honda Del Sol no power

1994 Honda Del Sol 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual
i have a 94 honda del sol 1.5ltr ive swapped blocks then put a new head on it.. it blows white smoke and hard to start. it sometimes will blow smoke out of the throttle body and it has no power when at all test driving, everything in common that ive looked up points to vacuum leak but there isnt one! where should i go with it next and could a bad pcv valve cause this? any information that could help would be great.. thanks

Hi SouthMs2010,
When it blows smoke out iof the throttle body, that indicates misfiring or the timing is too advanced.
Did you check the timing belt installation and ignition timing?
