1990 Honda CRX 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

My son was driving his car to work this morning then suddenly it shut down. Cannot get it re-started. Noticed that the ECU light stays lit now, battery light does not turn on (new battery), oil light turns off during cranking and fuel pressure dwindled down to 20# (has fuel gage on car). Also just before this happened, car would not pass about 3K rpm (guessing since rpm gauge not working, just by sound). Thinking ECU is gone. Help again.

Well, son found problem. Little ol' fuse under dash. After sitting for 2 hours, decided to look at fuses and found one that looked bad. Changed then fired right up. We'll at least he had time to think about it next time this happens what to look for.
