Engine Performance problem

So here is the deal. I bought a 89 Honda CRX Si, that sat for 9 years. Got it running, but its only firing on 3 cylinders. I proceeded to do the maintenance, replaced...;
Timing belt
spark plugs
fuel filter
Distributor
cap/wires
And It still had the problem with the #1 cyl not firing. Did a compression test, got 150 for that cylinder, mediocre... I noticed that the valves were ticking, so I took the head off, replaced the valves, seals, got the head resurfaced, and of course new head gasket.
And YET I still have the problem with the cylinder not firing. I have spark to the wire (Note that I did replaced the whole ignition system).
