1989 Honda CRX 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual
I done a motor swap and at 3000 rpms it shuts out like it is hitting the rev limiter. We did a swap out of a 1.6 civic v-tech '95 model. Do you have any suggestions to what the problem might be?
