I took out my a/c unit and heater> But my car is over heating and I cant figure out how to connect all the hoses correctly Please help

Which hoses did you take out? The heater hoses that contain coolant?! If so, you should just loop them around.
You probably just have an air lock because you didn't properly bleed the coolant system.
