Today I was putting down my window and instead of it going down slowly as usual, a number of loud pops--about three or four-- sort of shook the window, and the window slid down at an uncontrolled rate. The whole time the motor made whirring and popping sounds. Now the window will not come up. My question is what exactly may be wrong, and what can I do about getting it fixed?
