Window not working?

Ever since I had my lock assembly replaced, my window gets stuck. It will go down and back up only the first few inches and the last six inches. In the middle, it gets stuck and I have to push it down or pull it up. I tried dry Teflon spray and it helped a bit. Would another spray help (silicone)? Could it be the motor or the regulator?

If this is not coincidence then you will need to remove the door panel and operate the window and see what it is binding on. Clearly a lock assembly should not effect this so we need to remove the panel and see what is happening. I suspect something was moved in the path of the window and it is getting hung up on it.
