My air conditioning works most of the time but occasionally it quits producing cool air...this will correct itself within about a minute. The temperature light stays stable whether it's cool or warm air. I've only noticed this while traveling rather than idling but don't know if that's significant since I'm traveling most of the time. Any suggestions appreciated.

Under load AC compressor will shut down
its a normal operation of the car and nothing can be done on
if not under load check system for over charge also check system pressure
check coolant system and coolant fan operation
check high pressure switch
