Engine Mechanical problem
1998 Honda CRV 105000 miles

The engine stop while i am driving, i have to wait for 5 or 10 minutes and start the car and no problem por a time that the problem come back. I did tune up and change of timing belt but there is problem still. 2 days ago the check ligh turn on and the computer say samething of catalyst converter low .... I am worried about it. The mechanic told me maybe a think, maybe other think but he is not sure about. I want go to a dealer but its a lot of money.
The clock if off some days, other days was ok. I changed the terminal of the battery, because it was broken. Please help me.
