Case of the Wobbles

I currently drive a 2004 Honda Civic EX 4 door Automatic with 55,000 miles. I drive out of town a lot and recently I hydroplaned on a wet highway, causing my car to go into the ditch and spin about four times before it came to a halt. I had to replace two tires, my front bumper cover, and part of my back bumper. Note: I did not hit anything. While following my car to the tire shop, I noticed my passenger side rear wheel was wobbeling. There is also a slight whrrring noise when driving that progressivly becomes louder as I turn to the left. The tire has a strange wear pattern, where parts of the tread look higher than others. Could you please tell me what might be wrong with my wheel? Thank you!

You fail to mention which tires were replaced, but 3 things come to mind;
1. You created a flat spot on the tire when you spun, (wore the rubber off)
2. The belts in the tire shifted when you spun
3. You bent the rim the tire is on.
Good Luck
