This Happens once in a while and it only happens when my car gets turned on after being turned off for a while but. The initial acceleration of my care makes a rattle noise from the engine area. After the car changes gears the noises ceases and it no longer does the noise. The noise is not that loud but it is bothering me. Does this need attention?

Sounds like a lifter leakdown problem-get the oil pressure checked out.

Two things happen to my car when I first turn it on. 1st). It rattles at first acceleration and 2nd) about 2 min in to driving I hear a weird rattle/squeaky noise coming from the engine. I honestly don't even know how to explain the noise but it does it for like 5 seconds and then my car runs smoothly and normal. This doesn't happen all the time but it does once in a while what could this be?

You sure its not coming from the axles. You need to pinpoint where the noise is coming from and then tell me where.
