2007 Honda Civic only when its runningh

I have an 07 honda civic, and my problem is that the a/c will only blow cold air when its going 50 mph or higher on the highway, i'm scewed if im on the streets or stuck in traffic, no matter how cold I have the a/c set up. What could it be?

Hi there,

Make sure that the A/C condenser cooling fan is turning on with the system, and ensure the full and correct charge of refrigerant is in the system, start here,
