my tires have bumps on the inside of the tires. some people say it was caused by the shocks other say its the tires. i am confused. i just got the tires and now they are ruined but before I buy new tires I want to know what is going on. can someone please tell me is it possible that the shocks can cause this problem or is it the tires?
