2004 Honda Civic Vibration on accelleration

I have an 04 honda civic hybrid, when I start from a stop I get a loud vibration noise. I took it to the dealer they said it was the start clutch and that changing the tranny fliud would solve the problem. I just wanted to verify before I spend 200 dollars. The tranny also had a recall but they are telling me that is not the problem. Please help, thanks!
