2003 Honda Civic Burning smell, clicking sounds, constant b

2003 Honda Civic 167000 miles

My Honda Civic 2003 usually runs well. It's used though. Today, when I was driving and about to park, I noticed a burning smell. Couldn't tell where exactly it came from. When I turned off the car, there was a constant beeping sound even after the car was turned off. I also saw a red warning sign flashing on the dashboard near the letter H on the dashboard. I believe it refers to the coolant.

What could be wrong?
