2002 Honda Civic radiator fans

Fans not working, replace fan motor fans worked for about a month, then worked on and off, now not working. Could it be the relay switches?

Hi John,

Yes, it is possible the fan relays are intermittently failing due to bad contacts internally.

Check wire harness and relay connectors for signs of overheating which would cause the contact to go bad.
