When I am driving and I am listening to my radio. It would completely go off for a second or two and come back on.

Then if I have my headlights on, the heater on, and the radio. Sometimes the whole dashboard lights will turn off for a second and come back on. Its like I just started the engine again.

What is causing the issue?

Hi florida8936,

Symptoms seems to indicate a fault with wire harness connections. This is not going to be easy to rectify and I would suggest checking the wire connectors for thosae related to the headlight and radio system.
