2001 Honda Civic removing crankshaft pulley Bolt

I've used a professional 3/4" air impact wrench to try to remove this silly bolt with no success. I am thinking this must be the result of factory locktite overkill. I know locktite weakens without a lot of heat. My question is, am I right and do you have any ideas on how to get the bolt hot enough?

Try a series of tighten -loosen-tighten-loosen

Couldn't remove this bolt with a 3/4" professional air impact wrench. My guess is I am dealing with a factory locktite overkill problem. I need to know if I am right and suggestions on how to heat the bolt hot enough.

Would not use heat sreies of impact will break Locktite loose
