2001 Honda Civic engine overheats with air conditioner on

I have a 2001 Honda Civic that starts to run hot with the air conditioner on, I also noticed that the fan doesn't seem to be working and i had a little bit of coolant in the egine compartment. What do you guys suggest be the things i look at to fix this problem

When the AC is On both of the cooling fans Condenser/Radiator should come ON-if not could be the fan motor/relay/engine temperature gauge switch/coolant temperature sensor-or the computer relay control.
