My mechanic used the incorrect transmission fuel in my car a Honda civic 2000. Should I change it immediately or can I wait until the next time my car is due for servicing?

Hello,

What fluid type did he use? The recommended fluid to use a extended/max life dextron3 with Mercon. But can use Dextron 3 with Mercon.
