I have a 2000 Honda Civiv and the last time I drove my care there was a rain storm and I had to drive through a flooded street. I made it home and parked the car and it sat for the next 3 days. When I went to drive it I started the engine abd the check engine light came on. When I let the emergency brake down it would not roll backward (my driveway is on a slope). I got out to see if something was blocking it and nothing was there. I got back in and try to go forward and it also felt like something was blocking it from going forward. When moving the brake up and down it felt like it was not going all the way down even though it actually was. Could someone please help asap?
