2000 Honda Civic Driver's seat belt and speedometer

Ny child has an accident in her 2000 Honda Civic EX 4 dr about 2 weeks ago, the impact was to the front.
After we recieved the car from the body repair shop, my sealt belt for the driver does not click and the speedometer does not move pass zero. All of this was working prior to the crash. The guy at the body shop stated it's probably like this because it was towed backward. I just neet to know where I need to start to get this repaired.

I would suggest replacing the speed sensor for the speedometer issue.

As for the seatbelt, you may want your dealer to look at this for you as it is a vital safety feature and you shouldn't trust a small repair shop with something like that (unless you know them really well).
