My 1999 Honda civic has been fine until today when I got home. I pulled ino the driveway and everything died. The battery is a month old, all the fuses and fusable links are good. The headlights don't work and the only power I get are for the dome light and the radio when in the acc switch position. I tested the ignition switch per the Haynes manual and continuity checked out fine. I later saw that the ignition switch has been recalled but have tried another switch off another of my civics to no avail, same problems. Not getting sparks at the negative battery cable so no shorts of major consequence. Have also checked the headlight switch for malfunction but also tested ok. The battery tested fine and checked my power supply to the alternator and starter also. Any help would be appreciated.
