1998 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual
The last few times I started the car it sounded as if the starter wasn't disengaging as quickly as it should. Kind of a grinding noise. Now it wont start at all, no 'click', nothing at all. The battery and cables are good and clean. What is your diagnosis?
