Hello, Im looking to pick an oil between mobil one highm ileage and castrol high mileage. Which would you choose the mobil one is 6 dollars more also. Also I use purolator classic oil filter. Thank you

If you change your oil regularly it really doesn't matter so long as it's not the bottom dollar cheapo brand, just get the correct weight specified by manufacturer. Purolator is a great brand of fuel filter.

Well the car says 5w-30 but I use 10w 30 im in a hot climate that never gets cold and the engine has high mileage. Ill just stick with castrol. Do you think the high mileage castrol is worth it over the castrol conventional its only a 2 dollar difference.

The only true difference in the high mileage oils compared to their regular stuff is that the high mileage oils have special additives in it that helps tighten up the seals and such in the engine. So yes it does help, but again the most important thing is simply remembering to replace the oil regularly.
