When turning left or right I hear a constant click, click, click. Kind of like a baseball card in a bike wheel. Once I get going straight again it is gone. I have been told it is my tie rods. (don't know if I spelled that right) I don't have alot of money and soon am going to be driving 1200 miles. Do you think it will be alright?

Hmm, probably not a good idea. The joints in your CV boots are worn and will make a grinding or loud clicking noise everytime you turn.

This is the first time I've heard of it happening to both at the same time, but it is what it is, I suppose. CV Joints. Change 'em.

Hope this helps, and good luck.
