Hi 98v-tech,

Where is the noise coming from? Front or rear of vehicle?
Were the rear brakes checked ?

its coming from the front. we just replaced the rear brakes too. Could it be because we had to refill the power steering fluid with new stuff we got from canadian tire prestone synthetic power steering fluid, what i mean is could it be because it isnt honda certified fluid from the dealership?

No, it should not be anything to do with the fluids.

Recheck the belting tension. Improper adjustment would result in squealing noises when cold.
