1997 Honda Civic crank,spark,fuel still no start

I have a 97 honda cx. I have a no start issue, I have checked the plugs, wires,cap/rotor and have checked the ignition coil and the ignition control module...none have been the issue and still no start. I have spark and compression in all cylinders the motor cranks fine just wont catch......im not sure of the issue and have not checked the CPK,TDC,CYP sensor yet.......im at a loss i have all the components for it to start but it just wont.........HELP!!!!
