During turns, the front wheels have a continuing clicking or popping sound as if metal is grinding on metal. I think it's where frame is attached to wheels. Maybe ballbearing joints? Tips on where to begin and good mechanic in New Orleans area?

Hi mowsiany,

Symptoms indicates the CV joints are bad and has to be replaced. Check the CV joint rubber boots for breaks and spilt grease.

Sorry I am not able to help in recommending mechanics. Ask around at your local parts store and they should be able to help you.
