You may have two possible faults here.

An alternator, battery problem will not illuminate the CEL.

Does the vehicle crank? Or not crank? If it cranks you can go into running checks for fuel and spark. If they are both present, I would scan the ECU and that may give you some insight into what is acting up.

If it doesn't crank, you may have left a wire loose or the mechanic did when they replaced the battery/alternator. Check your connections first.

Let me know what you find so I can further assist you

Thank you, it seems to have been a corroded wire to the alternator. Cleaned it up and all power is full again.

Great news! Glad you resolved it. Make sure you go over all your power and grounds as well, you may prevent a future problem by cleaning them now.
