1996 Honda Civic vibrating

i have honda civic 96 model and my problem is that when im running 20 kLm going to 40 klm before it reach 40 my car keep vibrating its stop when i pass by 40klm but when i step hard on the gas 20 going to 40 klm i dont feel any vibrates. so i usually when i feel the vibrate i just step harder to the gas. so what is the problem of my car? pls. help me.....

First, rotate the wheels from front to back and tell me if that changes anything at all.

If it does, have them checked out for a bent rim, buldged tire, shifted belt, or unbalanced wheel.

If it doesn't change anything, you may have an axle problem or a bent suspension component.
