Engine problem
1996 Honda Civic 6 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Manual 150,00 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
my car is overheating and water was spraying on the engine. I repaired a crack in the radiator so there is no more water but it is still overheating. I now notice it looks like the fans are not coming on. I checked the fuses and the relay but they all seem to be ok. What do you think?

Pressure test the cooling system to make sure that there is no more leaks. There is a temp sensor for the fans, if it is faulty the fans will not come on, (i will have to re post re the location of the sensor as i can not get into the data base just yet) Check things like thermostat and radiator cap. Worst case may have a blown head gasket from overheating and coolant loss.
