1996 Honda Civic is it my heater core

my heater puts out little heat and takes for ever to do that and when it does it puts out alot of moisture that freezes in the inside when im not driving so my question is is it the heater core and if so how much does that usally cost to repair thank you

Try think!! thermostat/heater hoses/heater control valve instead of the heater core you don't want to go there yet its an expensive fix. Your call
