reggie here from philippines too , have same problem with my honda , rpm falls to 200-300 rpm when you release the accelerator , this is when the aircon is on. At times it is ok but when the rpm falls , you can feel that the engine is vibrating somewhat as if going to a stop, but then the rpm up and falls again. Normally the rpm needle stays on it's original 800-900 rpm during idle or whenever I release the accelerator . Please help. The mechanic adjustic something loosening the 2 screws and lifting the device a little up ( I don't know if it's the IACV ) , for a few hours the rpm is ok but then problem re-occurs. What could the problem be?

yes and thanks ! , the mechanic did that already , we thought it was okay but after a 15 minutes of driving I come to a stop on a traffic light and the problem is there again . Could it be that it was not properly cleaned? do I need to buy a new IACV? , I'm gonna have my aircon system to be clean this week , I hope it's the expansion valve or the dryer. The good thing is that the rpm doesn't drops that much as before , a slight improvement.
