I was driving my honda and it was makeing no noise, i reved the engine to about 5000rpms and let off the gas and press it down swiftly (I know being stupid) and next thing i know whenever I rev over 2000 rps i get this loud obnoxious clicking noise comeing from the engine.
What could this be? Thank you for your time.

Could be a loose exhaust shield or internal component, or an internal engine noise. It's hard to tell you which one it could be without hearing it.

First thing I'd do is check your oil.
