Hi:

I have been having some issues regarding the emergency break. Everytime I use it, it brakes only on one wheel. Six months ago, I replaced the break pads, (this is a Honda Civic Coupe with ABS) and now I have to replace them again. I wanted to regulate the cable that commands both tires but I couldn't.

Does anyone have an idea about how to fix it?
