When I start my car thick white smoke comes out the tailpipe and my car shakes. when it is in park it revs up and down on its own.

Guess what ? It is time to have a head gasket replaced. Prepare to either spend some cash or save a bundle by doing it yourself. The head itself should be taken to a shop, usually a lot of auto parts places have a shop to do this, and have the head checked for cracking and warping. Don't know what else to say, but the decision is yours on whether to fix or not. I would definitely shop around at GOOD mechanics with experience on Honda and get estimates.
