Engine Cooling problem
1993 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

MY CAR OVER HEATS AT LOW SPEEDS BUT COOLS DOWN AT HIGH SPEED. I HAVE A NEW WATER PUMP, THERMOSTAT AND RADIATOR. I HAVE NO LEAKS AND THE FAN COMES ON AND OFF AS IT SHOULD.I THOUGHT THAT THE COOLANT SWITCH WAS BAD SO I REPLACED IT TWICE. NO CHANGE. WHATS MY PROBLEM?

Have you properly bled your cooling system?

If that checks out, I would ensure that it is not your thermostat when it is overheating. Also, when it is overheating your fan should be on. If it's not, you should a proper diag. on your fan system.

If everything else checks out, you may have a possible headgasket issue. They are somewhat common on those vehicles. Are you loosing coolant?
