I was working on replacing a car stereo, and one day I was working on it (work was done on seperate days) I went for a drive and realized my whole dash was not working, not were my parking lights and some other lights! I found to burnt fuses that fixed the parking lights not working. But now my blinkers and dash still do not work. What is wrong?

Hi reuben6969,

If the hazard light switch is not installed, the signals would not work. Likewise if there is a dash brightness control switch, it needs to be plugged in to work.

Otherwise you need to check for dislodged connectors or loose grounds.

Well the funny thing is when I hit the hazards the blinkers (on the dash at least) come on. I should been more clear, none of my guages or meters are working on the dash. What is a loose ground?

Hi reuben6969,

You mean the meter is showing the blinkers are working but the lights are not working outside?

Check for a blown gauge fuse.
